Pamela Rodriguez (dba PamDesigns 3D) retains intellectual property rights for all artwork, rendering and design work she creates and may use them for advertising purposes and post them on social network sites representing her portfolio of work and brand identity. Clients are granted unrestricted use of completed renderings Pamela Rodriguez has produced for them once they have paid for them in full. Renderings are deemed paid for in full once Pamela Rodriguez has received remittance for all related invoices including the initial contracted amount as well as subsequent invoices for additional related work orders. If a project is terminated prior to completion, clients will only be granted use of related renderings that have been paid for in full.
