Process

PamDesigns service is intended to streamline the process of creating K&B designs and cabinet quotes. The basic plan set and retail quote configuration will meet the requirements for dealers to be able to prepare sales presentations to clients, order cabinetry from the manufacturers they represent, and provide detailed plans to installers. There is also a separate ‘counter top plan’ option to provide fabricators to obtain price quotes for counter tops.

The scope of the service is limited to modular cabinet dealers only. By limiting the offering of design drawings, renderings and documents to those shown in the 10×10 Sample Plan Set and Retail Price Quote, I am able to quickly turn around most projects in two business days once the deposit and signed agreement is received. This scheme addresses the bulk of projects (small- to medium-sized kitchens) so you can compete for projects in a highly competitive marketplace in a timely manner.  This limitation of scope allows me to create more complex projects, like large custom kitchens or whole house cabinet designs, quickly and comprehensively as well.

Summary of sequence of events to start a project:

1. Fill out online forms: Service Request and Project Description
2. PamDesigns will call you within 24 hours of receipt of the online forms.
3. Create a floor plan and notes about the cabinetry and space
4. Send floor plan, notes, photos, spec guides or any other necessary documentation to PamDesigns.
5. PamDesigns emails a Project Agreement to you for signature.
6. Print out the Project Agreement, sign it and return it to PamDesigns.
7. Pay the deposit (may be included with signed Project Agreement).

The start date for the project is the date PamDesigns receives the signed Project Agreement and deposit.
